As Vice President & General Manager, Central California of EMCOR Services Mesa Energy's Central California division, Daniel oversees daily operations including sales, construction, service, and automation.

He develops overall growth strategies for all lines of business, and assists local teams in providing high-quality, cost-efficient solutions. Daniel also develops processes to help exceed customer expectations and pursue quality improvement in all facets of the business.

Expertise

Daniel has over three decades of experience in the mechanical industry delivering HVAC, refrigeration (freon and ammonia), and automation services to clients from an array of market sectors. He has served in various roles, including Branch Manager, Service Manager, Project Manager, Account Executive, Automation Programmer, and Design-Build Refrigeration Estimator.

Thanks to his vast industry experience, Daniel is well-versed in interfacing with clients, developing budgets and goals, and leading the division.

Prior to joining the Mesa team, Daniel worked at Johnson Controls, The Stellar Group, York International, and B&W Refrigeration, Inc. He earned a construction management degree from San Joaquin Valley College.

The Personal Side

In his downtime, Daniel enjoys traveling with his wife and four children, watching his children play sports, coaching high school varsity basketball, and growing almonds on his farm.
