Mark is an experienced executive who continually demonstrates the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in an extremely competitive industry, various vertical markets, and fast-paced environments. In his role as the Vice President and General Manager for EMCOR Services Mesa Energy Systems for Northern California, Mark’s responsibilities include all branch sales, retrofit, and service operations. He oversees and directs employee development, customer relationship promotion and development, and overall performance of the branch.
Mark brings 26 years of experience in the HVAC industry to his current position. His proven ability to successfully analyze an organization's critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness and improving customer satisfaction make him an essential part of the Mesa Energy Systems’ team.
His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He has attended seminars such as Johnson Controls Leadership Edge, Analyzing Real Estate investment, Leading Change: Creating Transformational Competencies, Siebel Systems Target Account Sales Training, and multiple Franklin Covey training courses. In addition, he also holds a California General (B classification) and HVAC Contractor’s License (C 20 classification).
The Personal Side
Mark and his wife, Jane, live in San Francisco and enjoy everything the city has to offer. They also enjoy world travel, cardio boxing, hiking and live music. Mark will always be rooting for the Michigan and Michigan State college teams.
