As Fresno/Santa Maria Branch Manager, Allan’s philosophy is that building successful teams relies on giving them the training and tools to continually advance their experience and education. This drive allows Allan to cultivate a motivated team and build a branch climate that energizes team members to provide safe, high-quality, cost-efficient, and customer-directed service and exceed branch performance targets and customers’ expectations.

Allan monitors continuing customer satisfaction and is responsible for executing short- and long-term branch business strategies to increase EMCOR Services Mesa Energy Services’ share across the local market. His involvement with every department of the branch includes working with the sales team and customers to provide solutions that meet and exceed the customers’ expectations and Mesa’s own high standards.

Expertise

Allan has over 35 years of experience in the installation, design, and service of HVACR systems, including hydronics, chillers, boilers, DDC controls package, and zoned systems. He has over 15 years’ experience in project management, service operations, and general management.  

Allan began his education in the U.S. Navy “A” School, achieving the position of Machinist Mate. He followed this with journeyman and HVACR technical training from the United Association Apprentice Training program. From there, Allan graduated from Washtenaw Community College with a degree in trade teaching and continued on to complete a five-year program through the UA for instructor training. 

Most recently, he received an MCAA in Advanced Leadership, Business Leadership, and Coaching-A from Babson College. With a mind for continuing education, Allan also holds the following qualifications and certifications: UA Star Certified-AC and Refrigeration, UA Certified Instructor, Andover Controls-Infinity Programmer, EPA Universal Certification, and various OEM certificates.

The Personal Side

In his spare time, Allan enjoys golfing, camping, and fishing. He is the President of the Dodge Truck Club, California Chapter.
