Rich is responsible for overall branch development and performance. This includes providing support to all staff, customers, vendors, and sub-contractors to help ensure we deliver exceptional quality. 

Working closely with his team and customers, Rich determines proper staffing levels for the branch, as well as the right combination of services offered. Additionally, his efforts also help ensure branch safety records meet or exceed expectations. 

Expertise

Rich has over 40 years of experience in the mechanical service industry. After being discharged from in the U.S. Navy as a Machinists Mate, his career began as an HVAC technician. 

He quickly advanced through roles of increasing responsibility at firms across the country, including Service Sales Manager, General Manager, Territory Service Manager, and Area Service Manager. Most recently, before he joined the Mesa team, Rich spent 20 years as the Director of Services for a large independent mechanical contractor.

The Personal Side

Rich and his wife of 40 years have a son, a daughter, and a granddaughter. In his free time, he enjoys, camping, travelling, scuba diving, and photography.
